PLEASE NOTE:Unless you see the word "FINISHED" or "RESIN" the product you are purchasing is ceramic bisque (unpainted, unfinished, white in color). The products shown are an example of what your piece can look like when it is completed. These items are all handpainted and no two are exactly alike.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exception: If the item you received was not the item you ordered. To return an item, please email sales@arealles.com or call (252) 539-3995 within seven (7) business days of receiving your order. All claims/returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by us, to be placed on the outside of the package. We strongly recommend using a Delivery Confirmation to insure that your shipment has reached us. Merchandise should be returned to us in original packaging and fully insured, Also in new, reusable condition, no scratches, nicks or blemishes. Merchandise returns for reasons other than our error are subject to a 20% handling charge and our discretion. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. If your package is more than ten (10) business days late after confirmed shipping, another package will be shipped out to you. Please return the extra package fully insured within seven business (7) days of receiving it or just refuse delivery of the second package. If the replacement package is not returned within seven (7) business days, your card will be charged for an additional order. All broken items will be replaced. We reserve the right to make a partial refund. Absolutely no refunds for any reason after 45 days. We make no claim to origin whatsoever. For example items in our Egyptian Collection are (most likely) not made in Egypt or by Egyptians. Neither are our Indian Products designed, produced or assembled by an Indian, Native American or Indian Tribe. Our Products are for DECORATIVE USE ONLY.
