Arealles limits credit card orders to a $20 minimum. Please observe this limitation before submitting an order via credit card.

Shipping charges are not included in the prices. Please Contact Us for rates on orders shipping within the United States and Canada ONLY. North Carolina residents please add 7% sales tax. Sorry, No CODs!

If any items arrive damaged PLEASE file a claim with UPS or USPS and be sure to save the package so they can see damage.

Prices do not include decorative accessories (i.e. feathers, candles, light kits, musical chimes, etc.).

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS unless otherwise requested.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, Personal Checks and PayPal.

PLEASE NOTE:Unless you see the word "FINISHED" or "RESIN" the product you are purchasing is ceramic bisque (unpainted, unfinished, white in color). The products shown are an example of what your piece can look like when it is completed. These items are all handpainted and no two are exactly alike.

To return an item, please email sales@arealles.com or call (252) 539-3995 within seven (7) business days of receiving your order. We strongly recommend using a Delivery Confirmation to insure that your shipment has reached us. Merchandise should be returned to us fully insured and in new, reusable condition, no scratches, nicks or blemishes. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. If your package is more than ten (10) business days late after confirmed shipping, another package will be shipped out to you. Please return the extra package fully insured within seven (7) business days of receiving it or just refuse delivery of the second package. If the replacement package is not returned within seven (7) business days, your card will be charged for an additional order.
All broken items will be replaced.
We reserve the right to make a partial refund.
