In order to be able to process your credit card mail order, we need the full card number (14 digits for Diners, 16 for MasterCard and most Visa, although some Visa only have 13 digits) and the expiry date of your card (month and year). In addition, a card verification code is required. This is new, and has been introduced to provide more security for both the customer and the mail order company. Our authorization centre will not be able to process credit card transactions without card verification code.

You can find your card verification code on the reverse side of your credit card, printed into the signature field. It is a 4-digit group for American Express and a 3-digit group for MasterCard, Visa and Diners Club. Do not try to type in a 4-digit group, as this is only a repeated part of your card number - the card verification code is the rightmost 3-digit code!
